The HDFC School Bengaluru - Admission Guidelines

Process for Enrolment, Registration & Admission:
Parents may use the following options to register their child for admissions to The HDFC School. Kindly note: The registration fee is Rs. 1,000/- for any of the options you would prefer to take:

1. Parents may purchase, fill and submit the complete registration form at the school itself.
2. Parents can also download and print the registration form from the school’s website. The dully filled form can then be submitted at the school along with requisite documents.
3. We also have an ‘Online Registration’ option on our website where you can register. For this, you would be paying the registration fees online via our online payment gateway.

Admission Guidelines
Admission Guidelines for Academic Session 2023-24

The HDFC School believes in providing a transparent and inclusive Admission process for all prospective students. The School clearly communicates every aspect of its policies to parents. All information is available on the school website.

Admissions are open for Nursery, LKG, UKG and Classes I - X.

Admissions are open for Nursery, LKG, UKG and Classes I - XI.

Age Criteria
Classes Entry Age (as on June 1, 2023)
NURSERY 2 Years 5 Months to 3 Years 4 Months
Lower KG 3 Years 5 Months to 4 Years 4 Months
Upper KG 4 Years 5 Months to 5 Years 4 Months

For all other classes, the criteria is: submission of the child's latest performance record along with the school leaving certificate.

Inclusive Education
  • The HDFC School also provides admission to children with Special Educational needs.
  • RTE: The school takes admissions under the Right to Education Act

Exclusions: Uniforms, Books, Transport Fee. There will be an additional charge for post-school activities, excursions/school trips and any other optional activities.

Fee Revision: The fees will be cost-adjusted every year.

Please Note:

1 ) The following Fees are payable at the time of Admission:

  • Admission Fee (One-time, Non-refundable)
  • Security Deposit (Refundable)

2) The following Fee is payable in the first week of March, 2023:

  • Annual Charges
  • 1st Quarter Tuition Fee
  • Transport Fee, if applicable

3) Only Security Deposit is refundable when the child leaves school or successfully completes Class XII.

Transport facility is available for students within 15Km radius.

After School Care Program: This is available only for our students in the school premises at an additional charge.
