POSH and POCSO Workshop | The HDFC School, Bengaluru

At The HDFC School, we prioritize the safety and well-being of every individual within our community. To further this commitment, we recently conducted informative workshops on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

The sessions were facilitated by our in-house counselors and special educators, who brought valuable expertise and insights to the discussion. Separate workshops were conducted for staff members and the housekeeping/helping staff to ensure the content was tailored to meet the needs of each group.

These workshops aimed to enhance awareness and understanding of these critical topics, equipping all participants with the knowledge to recognize, prevent, and address situations that may arise. The interactive sessions included discussions on legal frameworks, case studies, and practical strategies to create a safe and supportive environment for all.

This initiative underscores our dedication to fostering a culture of safety, respect, and informed action within our school community.
