Safety First at The HDFC School, Bengaluru
At The HDFC School, Bengaluru, we believe that creating a truly safe environment goes beyond infrastructure — it’s about equipping our people with the right skills and knowledge.
On the 13th and 20th, we had the privilege of hosting Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Basic Life Support training sessions
for our Housekeeping, Nannies, and Security staff. These sessions were conducted by Dr. Anjali Rao (Senior Consultant Anesthesiologist, Apollo Cradle)
and Dr. Rahul Rao K (Consultant Cardiac Surgeon, Narayana Hrudayalaya) — proud parents and passionate professionals.
The sessions included a live demonstration, followed by hands-on training, where participants actively practiced techniques such as:
• Recognizing cardiac emergencies
• Performing high-quality chest compressions
• Responding with confidence in critical situations
We are proud to share that our frontline team is now better equipped to handle emergencies, ensuring an even safer environment for our students, staff, and visitors.
