Special Assembly - Yuletide Fiesta
“Christmas is tenderness to the past, courage for the present and hope for the future”
The HDFC School, Pune was swept by the Yuletide spirit with Christmas fervour, being witnessed all across the school campus. The much awaited Christmas Assembly 2021 of The HDFC School, Pune after the lock down was held for teacher and students from grades VIII to XI on the 24 Dec 2021 between 9:30am to 10:30am; special guest of honourfor the event was Dr Amruta Prabhu, (The HDFC School, Principal).
Even as the countdown had rung for the New Year to begin, the family of The HDFC School was all set to get soaked in the Yuletide spirit and celebrated the festival of joy and merry making, in a fun and entertaining way. The school premises pulsated with scintillatingcarols sung by the lively choir of grade VIII. The assembly had something in store for everybody, be it students or teachers. The euphoria of the joyful mood was enlivened by the synchronized musical presentation of Mime by grade 10 students (depicting the life of Jesus from birth to resurrection) and a special song ‘Mary did you know’ was played and sung harmoniously by our own 10th grader Archisha Chaterjee were all
added attractions for the day.
The assembly was held to give kids and teachers an opportunity to have some great fun around Christmas time. The School~ssprawling ground bore a very festive look with Christmas colours strewn all over. An array of edible delights was an act of celebrating Christmas and New Year in the classroom was an unforgettable time with near and dear classmates. The zest and zeal exhibited by an enthusiastic audience and participants made The HDFC School Christmas Assembly 2021 a memorable one.
