Mental Well–Being Workshop continued at The HDFC School, Gurgaon addressed the importance of prioritizing mental health and self-care. The well-known psychiatrist Dr. Mantosh Kumar from the Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, Fortis National Mental Health Program Fortis Healthcare was invited, and he highlighted the need for self-care among educators, reminding them that their well-being directly impacts their effectiveness in the classroom. Various mental health resources and support systems were discussed, providing teachers with valuable tools to address these issues. Overall, the talk underscored the pivotal role of teachers in promoting mental health and well-being within the school community. All the participants thoroughly appreciated the interactive and engaging session with Dr. Mantosh.
