Our Gr-IX students won second position in ‘Ekanki Manchan’ Let this scene be pleasing, a play of changing Ekanki in an inter school competition ‘Expressions 2023’- Reflecting Legacies
organized by Army Public School , Shankar Vihar, New Delhi, held on July 29,2023. Teams from 30 schools participated in this competition.
Four topics/options were given to the participants for the one act play, out of which our team selected the topic ‘Blind imitation of social media’. Our team had 6 members
and their play focussed on the irresponsible usage of social media through face morphing. It was an attempt to spread awareness against this digital crime.
Additionally, it also covered potential ways to provide support as a friend or a family member and seek legal help for someone who has been a victim of such
digital crimes.
Our students’ performance was well appreciated. Apart from rehearsing well, they also kept improvising with their original and live examples, while performing!
This won them accolades from the judges as well as the audience!
