Description :
Nature holds the key to our aesthetic, intellectual, cognitive, and even spiritual satisfaction. – E. O. Wilson
Spending time outdoors enables children to connect with nature, sparking their curiosity and enhancing their critical thinking skills. Keeping in mind this objective, The HDFC School, Gurgaon organised an exciting field trip for the Grades from Foundation Years upto Grade 2 to Moglys picturesque farm.
Eager to begin a day of exploration and discovery, the children looked forward to their exciting interactions with the animals on the farm. The students were thrilled to pat the soft, cuddly rabbits and observe the enormous Emu bird up close. They watched ducks gliding gracefully in the pond and eagerly fed the goats with fresh leaves, which was an experience that sparked pure joy and excitement.
In addition to interacting with the animals, the children enjoyed exploring how vegetables are grown on the farm and had a hands-on experience observing a variety of fresh produce, including lettuce, cabbage, radish, and broccoli. Moglys Farm offered a tranquil environment for the children to create cherished memories, deepen their understanding of animals, plants and foster empathy and care.
