‘We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.’
The students of The HDFC School, Gurgaon enthusiastically participated in various activities to commemorate our
benevolent Mother Earth on 22 April 2022.
The young learners of Grades I & II zealously dived into the day and Illustrated their idea of `Clean and Green Earth’
through posters and slogans. This also gave the students a platform to showcase their artistic and creative skills.
The activity was organized with a view to sensitize the children about the conservation of natural resources and to
motivate them to do their bit towards making their planet even more beautiful.
The creative young minds took turns to speak a few lines conveying the message of keeping their surroundings clean.
The extensive talk went a long way in introducing and orienting the young minds to develop a continuing compassion
for Mother Earth and thus making a difference.
The event rekindled emotive concerns and instigated the youngsters to save, love and respect Mother Nature with
all their heart and soul.
