To enhance self-expression and to appreciate the power of language, The HDFC School organized a Poetry Recitation Activity on the theme ‘Nation First, Always First’ for Grade 1 students. As the enthusiastic young poets recited their poems, they were infused with patriotic fervor. The young poets astonished the audience with their voice modulation, articulation, musicality, and the body language that brought words to life. To enhance their performance, they chose to dress up as their favorite freedom fighters. It was heart-warming to see our children delivering powerful and memorable performances with gusto. A significant message was spread through their poems that it is essential to preserve this freedom. The Activity was enjoyable, and the recitations evoked the spirit of patriotism among the audience.
