Ripening the splendid talent of children, The HDFC School, Gurgaon hosted the Interdisciplinary Project for Grades III-V on 31. August. 2022.
The students of Grade III showcased their learning about the eastern and western states confidently through the theme ~Wonderful West and Lively East~. The students gave a glimpse of the beautiful and mesmerizing lives and cultures of these states. Decked up in traditional attires, their vibrant folk-dance performances added zing to the mirthful event.
Grade IV emphasized the importance of farming in our country with the theme ‘Agriculture’. Children constructed breathtaking models, hosted radio-talk shows, planted seeds, and demonstrated farmers as the backbone of the economy. Spirited musical and dance events created a dynamic milieu.
Dazzling the parents with an astral ambiance Grade V students presented their learnings through the theme of ‘Celestial Objects. From acquiring new celestial vocabulary to making lunar calendars, from doing role-plays about the planets to learning about moon craters, the students depicted their skills wonderfully.
A multi-faceted display of creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, the event was a perfect opportunity for students to exhibit their panache. Both parents and students enjoyed the event to its core.
