On 17th October 2022, students from Grades IX, XI and XII had attended a career counselling session led by Mr Prikshit Dhanda,
Chief Strategy Officer from Mindler. Mr Dhanda’s insights and analyses about parents, students and schools make
him one of the most sought-after trainers in the Indian educational forum.
The session began with an open-ended ice-breaker round, where he enquired after the various fields of interest listed by the students.
Once he debunked notions of career paths belonging to the yesteryears, he urged the students to embrace the rapidly evolving fields
born out of technological advancements and merged subject areas. He also asked them to be empathetic towards their parents’
well-founded concerns and not be neglectful of their academic performance in school. Once the students were cognizant of their
graduation timeline, he encouraged them to explore and develop a well-rounded skill set that could cater to their preferred careers.
