Description :
“Learning is a process whereby knowledge is created through the
transformation of experience”. – David A. Kolb
Be it any age, trains have always fascinated each one of us. In today~s time, when people opt for driving or flying to places, the joy of traveling by train is what most kids are unaware of.
To make the experience and to educate the students about railways, a field trip was organized to Neverenuf Garden Railway for Grades Nursery and KG, where they explored the magical miniature world of trains. Children were amazed to see the trains hurtling across bridges and arduously trudging across hilly slopes. Our little explorers relished all the hands-on learning experiences about ticket windows, railway crossings and station masters. They learned how to deal with emergency situations involving fire escapes and more. They learned about the concept of open drive-in theatre as well. On the way back, there were talks about some exciting moments of fun and laughter there, as the name rightly suggests- fun and excitement are never enough at Neverenuf.
