With each passing year, mankind is achieving pivotal success in terms of technological growth. Artificial intelligence has made way into our lives without us realizing its supreme role in managing our day-to-day activities. Not only does it aid in our daily conventional chores but also proves to be helpful in the professional world.
When our younger generation is tech-savvy, then why not modernize the curriculum too with time?
Each one of us would agree that integration of AI into our teaching-learning methods is the need of the hour.
To instill the same, CBSE has launched the ‘AIoT Integration in Curriculum’ program. AIoT is a collaborative term for AI and Internet of Things. The idea is to develop the learner’s mindset and skill set towards advancing AI through experiential learning methods to create social impact.
Our educators Dr. Jagriti Gautam, Ms. Priyanka Singh and Dr. Vidhi Saluja attended a AIOT Showcase Event held at Dr. Ambedkar International Centreon 24th January 2023. They further disseminated their learning with all the teachers of the school through a two-day training workshop.
The training sessions equipped the educators to smartly integrate AI and tinkering into their lesson designs to pave way into making the teaching-learning process more exciting, experiential and effective.
Subject centric strategies were shared with the educators to enhance their technical knowledge in integrating AI with respect to the need of their topics. The session concluded with our teachers successfully designing the unique Lesson Designs which incorporated AI and tinkering element into it.
